If you did not create a customer account during checkout or did not already have a customer account with us, unfortunately, you will not be able to check the status of your order. You will, however, receive email communication from us once your order is placed, as well as once your order has shipped. Please allow 30 minutes to receive your order confirmation email and up to 7 business days to receive your tracking information.
